Baker's dad moved together with him to Denver and they lived at the uncle of his father. Baker experienced bullying from kids in the neighborhood due to of the poverty he had. The first time he heard rap was when he entered sixth the sixth grade. Colson Baker, also known by the name Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on the 22nd of April 1990. He is known for fusing hip-hop that is contemporary and alternative with rock in his music compositions. Baker has released four mixtapes over from 2007 to 2010, prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a star after he made the transition to self-releasing mixtapes to signing with well-known label labels. Then, his fame increased exponentially as every albums charted within the top 10 charts.
